Listing guidelines
Listings stay free. We review every new and resubmitted listing before buyers see it. Follow these rules so approval is faster. This is marketplace policy, not legal advice.
What you can list
Tiny houses on wheels, foundation tiny homes, cabins, container homes, park models, and land meant for compact living. The home in the photos must be the home for sale or rent.
Required details
- Honest title and price
- City and state
- Type (THOW, cabin, container, and so on)
- A description a buyer can act on (size, condition, delivery, title if you know it)
- At least one clear photo of this home
Photos
- Best size: 1600 × 900 pixels (landscape). Keep the original shape. Do not stretch.
- Use your own photos. Stock images and photos of a different unit are grounds for rejection.

What we reject
- Duplicate listings of the same home
- Keyword stuffing or fake urgency
- Phone, email, WhatsApp, or another site in the title
- Adult, violent, or hateful content
- Discriminatory phrases that violate the Fair Housing Act
- Homes that are not tiny, cabin, container, park model, or land
After a rejection
You will see the reason and a note on your dashboard. Edit the listing, then click Resubmit for review.
